This stylish restaurant appeals to the hip crowd that wants to kick back and enjoy exceptional food in a relaxed setting with contemporary design, market-fresh cuisine and an in-crowd atmosphere complete with marquee-name celebrities. Its patio overlooks the resort’s gorgeous pool area. Savory specialties include the tandoori salmon with black bean salad and mango, and the beef and veal meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes. Pastry chef Justin Nilson’s warm chocolate pudding cake served with a vanilla bean milkshake and a honey-graham cracker cookie, and his mountain of cotton candy in a colorful cast-resin bowl painted with funky colors are designed to bring out the kid in all of us. Splurge on his signature dessert, twice-baked banana bread with tempura bananas and rum-caramel sauce.- March 2005
