Fleur de Lys
our comments
Revered chef-restaurateur Hubert Keller’s exquisite Fleur de Lys is the perfect setting for his equally exquisite cuisine. Built into one wall is a giant leaf-shaped sculpture filled with 3,000 fresh pink roses. The restaurant features 30-foot cultured stone walls that complement the embossed wood ceilings. Four private cabanas seat up to 20 guests and a stunning bar with its own appetizer menu dominates the cozy lounge. The restaurant also features a 12,000-bottle, 650-label glassed-in wine loft, complete with a six-seat dining table that overlooks the main dining room. Service is as elegant as the restaurant. Keller’s culinary creations, replicated by gifted chef Laurent Pillard who honed his skills in Paris, are unique works of art.- March 2005

Shorts, mobile phones, flipflops, t-shirts and did I mention mobile phones? Having San Francisco restauranteur Hubert Keller lend his Fleur de Lys name to this Las Vegas satellite does nothing but tarnish the image of his original location in San Francisco.
Poorly coordinated and unpolished service as well as patrons ringing cell phones during the course of my dinner tarnished this experience, however, I should have never expected this outpost to match the level of service of the original Fleur de Lys.
