In his first venture outside of California, chef-restaurateur Bradley Ogden describes his 190-seat eatery as "a boutique restaurant in a charismatic atmosphere." Designed to celebrate Northern California's tradition of fine wines, an opulent bar graces its entrance. Renowned for his innovative "farm fresh" American cuisine, the acclaimed entrepreneur presents daily menus dependent on the best available ingredients. The smoke-free restaurant presents specialties such as oysters from wherever they're the freshest, and a blue cheese soufflé with daily-changing garnishes such as hazelnuts, Fuji apple and port wine reduction. Bradley's Caesar salad with Parmesan croutons is a favorite, as are his foie gras creations. There's always a fruit dessert and a chocolate tasting such as passion fruit-filled fudge cake with mini yogurt pancakes, a caramelized s'more sundae and a chocolate milkshake.
