Skip this Nobu! Maybe it's the location, but Las Vegas Nobu is horrible. Ordered quite a bit and only enjoyed 2 dishes. The "house special roll" was mediocre at best. A small toe neighborhood susshi is a better choice.

Really good! Sort of adventurous sushi and other Japanese inspired dishes. Great flavors and textures.
