Shintaro

Shintaro lies just past the slot machines within the Bellagio hotel. We only had time to sample the menu from the sushi bar, so can't comment on the restaurant experience, however judging by the sushi we had, it's well worth a visit. Prepared by a rather crazy Japanese chap, the sushi was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. In short simple, fresh and just how it should be. Service wasn't too impressive despite the fact it wasn't busy at all, but the amazing sushi meant this was overlooked.
